RESPONSIBILITY

At Yoni Crystals we do everything we can to help you get your beautiful crystals safely with grace and ease. All of our Yoni Crystals ship from the United States and have been through our quality control protocol; given a salt water bath and have passed our quality control standards. Crystals come from the earth and will have: inclusions, slight micro-cracks, textures and variations in color -all of which are normal. It is important to note, they are not made of glass or plastic. Meaning each one is unique and no two will look the alike. This is what makes crystals such incredible gifts from the earth!

Yoni Crystals does not take responsible if you are not satisfied with the look, feel, and/or color of the crystal you have purchased, as stated above variations in the crystal are normal and do not merit for return, refund or store credit. Due to the nature of this product ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking link, that was emailed upon shipment, to ensure the delivery arrives to its destination. International customers especially must keep a close eye on the tracking link to ensure the delivery is not returned to us.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders placed by 1pm EST will ship day of and any orders received after this time will be processed on the following business day. Please double check your order confirmation that was emailed when you completed your purchase to ensure you have ordered the correct shape, size and mineral you desire.

If you have made an error in purchasing the wrong crystal email Connect@YoniCrystals.Love within 24 hours to request to have your ordered updated. Beyond 24 hours, your item may be shipped out, and is not eligible to cancel, return or refund. Due to the nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL.Yoni Crystals is not responsible for customer order errors.

If you did not receive an email confirmation upon placing your order, please check all spam folders. If you still cannot locate the email you may have entered your email incorrectly in which case Yoni Crystals will not be held responsible if the incorrect product was ordered. To update your email address in our system, receive your order confirmation and shipment tracking information email the us your order number and correct email address to Connect@YoniCrystals.Love.

 

ONCE YOUR CRYSTAL IS RECEIVED

Once you receive your order we suggest you make time and space to open the delivery in direct sunlight as this is a wonderful way to first 'meet' your Yoni Crystals!

 

WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

If your delivery arrives and you believe it to be the incorrect product, we are so sorry for this! We require this to be reported within 48 hours of your delivery being received. Email us your order number, item(s) you ordered and include well-lit, in-focus, photos showing you have received the wrong product. Approval of your request can take up to two weeks. If we find the items to be incorrect we will happily ship you replacements and cover the shipping.

If this is an international shipment please note: we cannot waive customs fees as this is out of our control. See more details on international shipments below.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED

If your delivery arrives and you believe it to be damaged, this is very unfortunately! We do everything we can to ship our items safely with the best padding and protection via post-recycled and sustainable packaging materials. But sometimes damages do happen. We require this to be reported within 48 hours of delivery being received. Email us your order number, item(s) you ordered and include well-lit, in-focus, photos showing the damage of the shipment package and the crystal. These images will be used to file an insurance claim with the postal currier and can take up to 2 months to be resolved.

Yoni Crystals is not responsible for damaged products due to the shipping currier and/or customs clearance. If you feel you received a defective product, not from shipping damages, please see below DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.

 

LOST OR STOLEN MAIL

If your delivery is lost, stolen or missing… yikes! We do everything we can to ship our items safely to ensure them getting to you. If you have not received your delivery, first check your tracking link to monitor where the package may be. You must visit and/or call your local post office to inquire as to where the package is.

Lost or stolen mail must be reported to us as soon as you realize it’s late. As mentioned above, Yoni Crystals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages due to the shipping currier and/or customs clearance. We will use your email to file an insurance claim with the postal currier and this can take up to 2 months to be resolved.

 

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Due to the Nature of Yoni Crystals products ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer returns, even if the delivery is unopened. Once the crystal(s) have shipped they will never be re-shipped to another customer. This is so every new Yoni Crystals is only ever owned by that customer.

Replacements or store credit is only awarded in the event that we have shipped you the wrong item and/or the item is approved as defective, see below.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are not accepted in the event of lost, stolen or damaged deliveries your item. All shipping costs are not refundable and if there is a store credit will be deducted from the credit amount

In the event that your items arrive in a defective state or if we have made an error in the delivered items we may issue you a store credit, upon approval, see below.

If you are truly unhappy with your crystals, or if it has significant damage, a replacement or store credit may be offered.

 

WHAT DO DO WITH BROKEN CRYSTALS

We propose that it may be a blessing in disguise. Crystals can take energy and transmute it for us so when a crystal breaks we like to say it is a gift because it means that stuck energy has moved. We often think of this as the crystal 'taking the hit' for us. If the energy moved through your crystal, that is better than in some other way like through physical injury for example.

The best thing you can do with a broken crystal is to give it back to the earth. Feel out a place that is resonant to you and your home, place an intention and ask the earth to accept this offering. You can bury the crystal somewhere special or simply place it in your garden, the key is to lovingly give the mineral back to the earth.

 

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

At the moment we do not offer overnight shipping. Email Connect@YoniCrystals.Love if you are in a pinch with subject line: URGENT ORDER. Rush shipment fees will apply.

 

DISCREET PACKAGING

Yes, we ship in a simple brown box with no mention of the nature of our products.

 

ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT

Sustainability is a cause very dear to our hearts. We packaged all of our shipments as safely as possible with the cushy padding and protection via post-recycled and sustainable packaging materials to cocoon Yoni Crystals all of the way to their destination.  We do not use plastic bubbles or styrofoam in any of our shipments.

International shipments

Yoni Crystals ship nearly everywhere in the world! If you would like a shipping quote go through placing your order and entering your address to see the current shipping rates. Once an order is placed, all international (non-US) customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking link, that was emailed upon shipment, to ensure the delivery arrives to its destination. We suggest keeping a very close eye on the tracking in case in case there is need to contact your local post office and/or customs authorities to receive your Yoni Crystals.

 

CUSTOMS

For our international orders, please note that your country has customs tax and this is out of our control. Customer is responsible for any duty charges upon pickup.We are unavailable to quote this amount as every country is different. We can not mark packages under value to save on customs fees. We lawfully must declare the retail value when shipping internationally. Also note, we label all product ‘home decor’ on the customs sheet.

 

DELIVERY TIME

International deliveries usually take less than a week to arrive to their destination, however, depending on the country and customs clearance time can sometimes exceed 3 weeks. Again this is out of our control. Please have your local post office and customs authorities contact available if needed.

 

CUSTOMS INVOICE

Your Confirmation email, received upon placing your order, is your customs invoice. If they ask to see one please present this. 

 

CUSTOMS FEES

Customer is responsible for any duty charges (if applicable) at pickup. We have no way of estimating customs fees as they differ for each country.We label our product as 'rare stone' and 'home decor’ to provide discretion and simplicity throughout the customs process.

We will NOT mark packages under value to save fees. Please be advised that we declare the retail value when shipping internationally. This is to protect us and you from loss, since you will be selling the items at retail value. It ensures that in case of loss or damage, we are able to recuperate insurance and replace your order. 

 

YOUR INSIGHT

We are collecting information on the international shipping process and how Yoni Crystals are handled by customs.  We would love any insights, thoughts, and pictures of how your package arrived to you. This is to help us understand how the customs clearance is from country to country and will serve as helpful data as we continue to ship internationally.
